How much space do I need?
All our packages include the use of one of our waterproof gazebos which need 2.5 x 2.5 meters of space to setup. The hot tubs themselves are just 2 meters in diameter.
-
How do you fill the hot tub?
The hot tub can be filled from an outside tap or if you want to fill it with hot water we can, in most cases connect to your hot tap in the kitchen. Please note, you will need your own hose pipe as the hot tub will continue to fill when our installer has finished!
-
How long does it take to get everything set up?
Our installers can usually be all set up in about an hour. Your hot tub will take a bit longer to fill with water – this can take anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the water pressure.
-
How long will the hot tub stay hot?
The heat pump on the hot tub is thermostatic – this means it will stay at the temperature you set it to, so as long as you keep it plugged in (essential for heating and filtering the water) it’ll stay hot for the duration of your hire.

Is it safe for children?
Hot tub use is considered safe for children as long as a few safety measures are in place. The water temperature should be set to 36 degrees C or lower and an adult must always be present to supervise. Keep children well hydrated and remove them from the hot tub if their skin blushes red.

How do you bring it into my garden/patio area?
We will always use outside access to your garden or patio space where available. As our hot tubs are inflatable and easily portable, we can bring the equipment through the house if necessary.

What temperature is the water?
The water temperature can reach 40 degrees C. We recommend a temperature of 35 to 37 C (no more than 37C) if children are using the hot tub and between 37 and 39 degrees C for adult users. We recommend all users stay well hydrated when using the hot tub.

It can take between 12 and 16 hours for the water in your hot tub to heat up fully. This will however be much quicker if it’s filled from the hot tap.
